We do not guarantee rebate approval, eligibility, contractor quality, workmanship, permit approval, inspection approval, or reimbursement.

Homeowners must confirm eligibility, timing, permits, required documentation, and final approval rules with the official city or regional program before starting work or applying.

We do not use “city approved contractor” unless an official city source explicitly states that status. Contractor profiles are marketing and routing records, not municipal endorsements.

When we use phrases such as “rebate-aware” or “rebate-ready,” we mean our own private screening language: familiarity with likely permit, inspection, quote, and documentation questions. It does not mean city approval, municipal endorsement, or guaranteed eligibility.

FloodValve Pros Ontario may receive payment from contractors for placement, sponsorship, lead routing, or introductions. Contractor payment does not mean a contractor is city-approved or guaranteed to qualify your project for a rebate.
